This clean transitional design lets the focus rest on the subtle details, the rich color of the hand-rubbed amaretto finish, and the elegant lines of the hardware. Elise is made from select solid hardwoods and is finished with a wax lacquer for a rich, deep character. To lend a family friendly feature while maintaining the clean look, Elise utilizes Sunbrella performance fabric for a color-fast, cleanable, and stain resistant surface on the upholstered dining seats. In addition to modern features like our adjustable soft-close drawer glides, Kincaid utilizes the best of the old-world construction techniques. Such features include English Dovetails, mortise and tenon construction, floating tops and panels, full dust proofing, and multi-step hand-rubbed finishes.

Warranty

All products manufactured by All Kincaid, Inc. are backed by a warranty lasting one year from the date of purchase. All Kincaid, Inc. assures its customers that its products are free from material and workmanship defects within this time frame, extending this assurance solely to the original purchaser. Under no circumstances is this warranty transferable. Retailers are exclusively responsible for initiating any claims with Kincaid, Inc. We do not process claims directly from consumers. Retailers are advised to maintain invoices for at least one year for warranty-related purposes.

General Limitations:

Any modification or alteration to the product post-shipment from All Kincaid, Inc. voids this warranty.
Application of aftermarket protective treatments after opening the original factory packing voids this warranty.
Damage incurred during freight or handling is not covered under this warranty.
This warranty is applicable to normal residential usage conditions only. It does not cover defects or damages resulting from negligence, misuse, or abuse, including inadequate maintenance, exposure to water, chemicals, accidents, or any non-residential usage. Ordinary wear-and-tear is also not covered.
All Kincaid, Inc. reserves the right to determine the extent of responsibility for factory, transportation, dealers, and consumers.
Inspection by a factory representative is necessary for defective products before authorization for replacement or allowance. All service, replacements, etc., must be approved by our Customer Service Department.
All Kincaid, Inc. is not liable for the cost of return or any incidental costs incurred by the consumer in returning the merchandise to the dealer.

Warranty Void for the Following Conditions:

Any unauthorized product modification by dealers, consumers, or other parties not authorized by All Kincaid, Inc. will void this warranty.
Floor samples or products designated "AS IS" at the time of purchase are not covered by this warranty.
This warranty is applicable to furniture intended for residential use only; it does not extend to industrial, commercial, institutional, or rental usage.
Dissatisfaction due to buyer’s remorse is not covered.
Normal wear and tear is not covered.
Damages incurred during transportation, assembly, or maintenance are not covered.
Furniture subjected to abuse, extreme temperatures or humidity, or direct sunlight is not covered by this warranty.

Delivery to the front door, garage, lobby, or first dry accessible area.

Platinum White Glove Delivery: $199 flat charge

Scheduled delivery into your room of choice, up to two flights of stairs. Available for eligible large furniture items.

In-stock small items: usually delivered in 2–3 weeks.

In-stock large furniture: usually delivered in approximately 4–6 weeks.

Made-to-order items: usually take 7–8 weeks.

Custom items: usually take 10–12 weeks because they are made especially for your order.
